Area plan
$150–$1,000 a month per area, by how busy it is, plus sales tax where it applies
Every project in your area.
- Every project in the area on your map, each one pinned
- The address and the phone numbers on file for each one
- Claim projects, yours alone in your trade: 5 to 30 a week, by the area's price
- Free 3D models every month: 1 to 6, by the area's price (on your first area, from your second month)
- New projects in your email each morning there are new ones: the ones that just showed up in your area and the ones that just reached your stage

First month back: ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. One refund per business. Your area then closes. Not for accounts closed for fraud or reselling our data. More areas, bigger discount
Put your areas in price order, highest first. Each one gets the discount of its place. The app takes it off by itself when you add an area, and that price stays while you keep the area. The order you buy in never changes the total. An added area bills on the same day as your other areas: its first charge is only the days until then.

Example: Whatcom ($750) + Skagit ($500) + San Juan ($500) + Island ($300) = $1,675 a month, not $2,050. The whole state, all 30 Washington areas: $6,562.50 a month, with the first month 30% off. Pay 12 months ahead for 10% more off. For the whole state, or 6 areas or more on one bill, call us.
